How about a screencast on chef?

I think the chef documentation is really bad. It would be great if you walked through an example of building a slice and using Chef to bootstrap it.

I think a lot of the documentation that's there is good, but I don't think there's nearly enough, and I'd love to see a peepcode screencast on it.
