i just wanted to comment that there might be need of an addendum to this pdf/video. Facebook has significantly changed the terminology and interface for application setup so that almost all the instructions on that can't be followed. someone might want to write up something to address this. it makes learning from this rather difficult, right at the start, since it is the main topic of the video, and the beginning of the pdf.
