We really like Sinatra and use it for all our new projects.
However, we’ve decided that Padrino doesn’t have enough support from the core Sinatra team.
We do hope to create more screencasts about how we use Sinatra, but we don’t have plans to cover Padrino.

Would be a very useful screencast now that CoffeeScript is coming by default in Rails 3.1

Mongoid still has really great momentum https://github.com/mongoid/mongoid (almost 2k git watchers). Would be perfect for the screencast data modeling section I think (while still covering low level MongoDB driver)
